Meet Rob Swanton

Rob Swanton has been practicing law in Waco since 1984 (Texas Tech University School of Law, 1984). He was a briefing attorney for the Waco 10th Court of Appeals before entering private practice. He has received an AV Rating from the Peer Review Rating System of Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards.

Meet Philip Frederick

Philip Frederick has been a practicing attorney for over fifteen years (Baylor Law, 1993). He understands the criminal defense system, having worked for the McLennan County Criminal District Attorney's Office from 1993 to 1997. He now works on the side of the accused.
